The passing of a loved one is never easy, it takes a toll both physically and emotionally on the whole family. 7:18 is a photography series of the hospitalization of my mother, her passing, the final goodbyes and the events in between.

Interact Club: Coastal Clean-Up
Every year at Eastside College Prep, the community and students gather to clean up the Baylands in East Palo Alto, California.
In 2012-2014, I took charge of leading the Coastal Clean-Up. I set up tables and materials (trash bags, gloves, snacks, etc.), signed families and students in, and facilitated volunteers from Interact Club.
Every year we had 100 volunteers and collected 200 bags of trash within 3 hours.
