The passing of a loved one is never easy, it takes a toll both physically and emotionally on the whole family. 7:18 is a photography series of the hospitalization of my mother, her passing, the final goodbyes and the events in between.

Mate Ma'a Nothing
Tongans' faith and loyalty to their nation and king are problematic. To serve and follow without any disagreement is never good. Tongans use the saying "Mate Ma'a Tonga" to show pride for their nation. In Tongan, "Mate Ma'a Tonga" means Die Hard for Tonga.
Mate Ma'a Nothing is a series of prints that talk about the Tongan king's coronation and its correlation to the Tongan people starving.
