Mission Bit: Hack-a-bit

In 2018, Mission Bit launched its first Hackathon called Hack-a-bit. Around 50 students and 25 staff were the first to participate in it. The prompt for students was to create an app that helps students with google classroom.
I interned as a program assistant and was in charge of preparing and organizing all materials, setting up the event, and managing volunteers. I briefed the volunteers at the beginning of the event - I talked about the schedule, their jobs and handed out materials. Throughout the event, I moved between classrooms to give updates, solve problems, and take photos.
